Bricknell Bakehouse is a Nottinghamshire based micro bakery producing artisan, handmade breads using traditional baking techniques.
No improvers, no enhancers.
Crusty but good.
The Bakehouse
We bake in small weekly batches as part of a stuctured 2-week rotating bake cycle.
Week 1: White | Rosemary & Aged Cheddar
Week 2: Noir | Heritage
Orders remain open throughout the week and are allocated every Friday to the next available bake cycle.
Bread is baked on Wednesday and Thursday each week.
Wednesday bakes are prepared for collection between 3pm and 6pm, or evening handover by prior arrangment.
Thursday bakes are dispatched the same day via 24-hour tracked delivery.
